SUPPORT FOR OUR COMMUNITY

The following are elements of support that Rock County LGBTQ+ Committee can offer to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community.

SAFE ZONE TRAININGS

Safe Zone is a program educating community members on LGBTQIA+ issues,
awareness, and learning opportunities. These trainings offer the opportunity to educate work spaces and community environments to better support, advocate and uplift our LGBTQIA+ community members and equip others to be better allies.

Our Safe Zone facilitator is able to travel anywhere and complete this training for free. People who have received this training include: library staff, school staff,
community organization staff, and many more. If interested in doing a Safe Zone training, please send us an email through our contact page.
